Return Policy


We do not refund any purchase that does not arrive.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, but promise to undertake all reasonable efforts to make things right if things go wrong.  We can launch an investigation with the carrier (Please note that some investigations take up to 5 business days to be settled).

We accept returns on products within 15 days of delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items are final sale.

Steps to take:

  2. Provide order number, name, and items you would like to refund
  3. Make sure all items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original tags
  4. Wait for authorization email

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on If you purchased a Skoki product from anywhere other than, please reference the return policy of the company you purchased it from.

The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns. We will refund the value of your returned items (less the return fee of $9.95) using the same payment method initially used for the purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 5 business days.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please make sure all items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original tags


Once orders are submitted and are in processing they cannot be cancelled. If we are able to catch the order in time, you will be charged 4% processing fee to cancel the order.


Inventory Issues:

We have processes in place to avoid inventory issues and ensure our merchandise is always accurate. However, in the rare case that an item(s) becomes unavailable during fulfillment, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer a replacement or issue a refund.
