Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. During sales, or times of high volume, please allow 3 - 7 business days for processing, however we always strive to get our products on to your little ones as quickly as possible.

We ship using multiple delivery partners and a carrier will be assigned to your order at the time of shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

Contiguous US:

Enjoy free standard shipping with the purchase of any hat. All other orders are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.

Express shipping is available and is subject to a fee of $40. Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST will be delivered within 1-2 business days, not including federal holidays.

Skoki cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please note, shipping will happen on business days only (no weekends or federal holidays).
